Spencer has been a valley native since he was a young boy. Spending time with several members of his family throughout the East & West Valley has allowed him to become an expert in his surrounding neighborhoods. After graduating from California State University, Northridge Spencer decided to stay in Woodland Hills, CA to help serve the city he loves. With his keen people skills, negotiation tactics and deep understanding of real estate legalities, Spencer makes the process enjoyable and effortless for his clients.
